As the higher education enterprise continues to struggle with the drastic underrepresentation of faculty and administrative diversity in our ranks, DiversityEdu offers a practical, research- based approach to address this ongoing dilemma. DiversityEdu provides an opportunity to move towards the realization of that value through the personal involvement of members of the academic community. This is a program that forward-looking institutions will embrace.
